No. 1 T/E BERTA 36 centrifuge machine (electrical type) Construction materials: All the parts in touch with the yarn are made of stainless steel and antiacid materials, at the base structure and the loading set are made carbon steel Fe 42. Rotation of centrifuge baskets: The starting of the baskets and the relative stopping occur through electrical motors of 7,5 kW each operated by inverter connected to PLC of electronic control panel. Electrical installation: Electrical installation placed in a container with water proof three phase feeding Volt to be specified all controls under low tension 24 Volt. Output of the machine: The loading capacity for each operation of centrifugation is of no. 48 packages with max ext. Ø 190 mm H max 170 mm or no. 36 packages with max ext. Ø 220 mm H max 170 mm; the time of every cycle of centrifugation may change from 1 up to 6 min. Such a time is fixed every time according to yarn type.
